NORTH CAROLINA
We were actually behind schedule when we left Virginia so we had less than a day left to go to Charlotte. Unfortunately we weren't even able to go to the city center so we opted to go to the outskirts. Sad to say we didn't see much either. It's literally a countryside.
We flew the next day to Houston where my relatives live. Having been there several times, we didn't really go to any tourist attraction except for Kemah Boardwalk in Galveston.
GALVESTON, TEXAS
Kemah brings back memories from when I was 10 years old. It felt good to be back, but it was disappointing to realize it wasn't as interesting as I remembered it would be.
FINALLY. Done with my America posts! Next up is Australia from our trip last December. Yay!
