Canada 2014 Day 7: Blue Mountain Village

We had a long drive to Blue Mountain since we ditched the highway and took all the backroads. I fell asleep during the ride and when I woke up, I was greeted by fields of snow and heavy snowfall.

Canada 2014 Day 6: Horseshoe Adventure Park

Horseshoe Adventure Park is located in Barrie and is at least an hour away from my aunt's place. We had lunch there where we had poutine, salmon salad, pizza, etc. From what I gathered is a normal winter day in Canada, the sky was gloomy with the occasional snow fall.

Canada 2014 Day 5: Buffalo Naval and Military Park and Niagara on the Lake

Seeing as it was a Sunday, the first thing we did was hear mass at a nearby church. Afterwards, we went to the Naval and Military Park located at the shore of Lake Erie in Buffalo.

Canada 2014 Day 4: Roadtrip to Niagara and Buffalo

Day 4! And no, I did not miss a blogpost because our Day 3 was just mainly spent on shopping since it was Boxing Day. In case you don't know what Boxing Day is, let's just say it's pretty similar to America's Black Friday with all the sales and whatnot. We woke up around 5am to get to Best Buy and the Premium Outlet early.

Day 4 was an awesome road trip to America. Toronto is a short drive from the border of USA so we decided to pay a visit to Niagara Falls and Buffalo's downtown.

Canada 2014 Day 2: Unionville & Toronto City Hall

For day 2 we drove to Unionville only to find out that all the stores were closed except for Starbucks since it was Christmas day so we just walked around while drinking our hot coffees. After that we had dinner at a chinese restaurant called Spring Villa then drove around Toronto.

Canada 2014 Day 1: The Big Apple & Kingston

Better late than never! I just recently came back from a month-long trip to America but now that I'm back, I thought it was about time to blog about our trip to Canada.

First day all together, we went to The Big Apple and Kingston. We rented out two huge SUVs: a GMC Yukon and a Chevrolet Tahoe in order to accommodate all of us.
